We immediately get in contact with the tenant if a payment date is missed to find out why and put together a payment schedule to ensure they get their full balance paid asap. Detailed notes of these conversations will be provided to you in your owner statement so you are always kept in the loop.

If a tenant has gone beyond the standard 10-day grace period of the lease, we provide them with a late rent notice, where we charge the appropriate fees along with the normal rent amount.

In the rare event that we cannot get in communication with the tenant, we will visit the property to deliver the late notice in-person, and verify they are still occupying the home.
