How do I apply for a rental property?
First, you will tour the inside of the property. Once you have done so, our application is available online. -
What are your tenant screening requirements?
We look for no prior evictions or felonies on record. We will verify all reported income and employment, as well as your rental history. Credit requirements may vary by property. -
How do I pay rent?
Your Rentvine tenant portal makes it easy and convenient to pay your rent through ACH deposit with no fee or with a credit card at a 3.5% fee. We do take in-person and mail in payments at our office. -
How much is the security deposit and when do I get it back?
For most of our properties, the deposit will be the same as the monthly rent amount. After you have returned the keys to the property and given us a forwarding address, our team will conduct a move-out inspection to verify the condition of the property and you will be informed of the status of your deposit within 2 weeks. -
What is included in the rent?
For most of our properties, you will be paying utilities to their respective providers separate from the rent payment. Read all property descriptions fully as service fees included in the posted rent amount will vary -
Are pets allowed?
Pet policy can vary depending on the house. If pets are accepted, we require a $250 non-refundable deposit per pet. -
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Your Rentvine tenant portal makes it easy and convenient to submit a maintenance request 24/7. -
Can I break my lease early?
If you find yourself needing to break a lease with us, immediately inform the office staff with as much context as possible. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Minimum age to apply is 19. This is an Alabama state law and is non-disputable.
