Candy is responsible for recording financial transactions, distributing owner statements, and collection. She processes all payments and deposits in addition to coordinating office tasks and assisting with tenant services.
Monica assists with sales and operations tasks, like gathering data for market analysis, communicating with clients, and coordinating contract negotiations. She is also one of our licensed real estate agents. On the tenants side, she handles delinquent accounts and works to recover outstanding balances.
Jan processes applications, which includes ordering credit reports and background checks, verifiying employment and rental history and conducting personal interviews with prospective tenants. She helps tenants through the entire application process.
Jonathan coordinates maintenance with both tenants and landlords. Along with managing tasks that are associated with projects and service calls include scheduling and delegating repairs, performing inspections, tracking projects, preparing estimates, and recording time. Jonathan is also a licensed real estate agent.
